Lisse has just announced the launch of an addition to their MyRacer line. The MyRacer H10 PMP packs a generous, 5″ WXGA 1280×720 TFT LCD screen, very capable of showing movies in outstanding quality. It’s a tad larger than most media players, but for good reason…. it’s capable of displaying 720p video and features HDMI out.
The H10 also has an FM radio and transmitter, as well as voice recording and external speakers. A 5″ touchscreen and the ability to handle 720p aren’t worth much if your player can’t handle a broad assortment of file types. Fortunately, the Lisse H10 can handle RM.RMVB, AVI (Xvid, DivX), WMV, ASF, DAT, MPG, MP4, VOB, and SMI. For music; MP3, WMA, AAC, WAV, OGG, FLAC, and APE.
The MyRacer H10 HD is a good contender for higher-end, more-capable personal media players. It adds a new dimension in portable movie players, while keeping size to a compact minimum. Lisse is due to announce pricing or availability info, potentially at CES 2010 in January. (http://h10.myracer.co.kr/)
