    BlackBerry Torch 9800 To Hit August 12th on AT&T

    The BlackBerry Torch 9800 is a sleek-looking QWERTY slider that sports a 3.2-inch, 480 x 360 touchscreen (which is the same resolution as the Bold), 512 MB of RAM, a 5-megapixel camera, and 4 GB of on board memory with a 4 GB microSD card included in the package.

    Additionally, it’s the first RIM handset to ship with BlackBerry’s 6th and latest mobile operating system (6 OS), which among other things includes: a redesigned home screen, a new Webkit browser, wireless Media Sync, universal search, and unified social feeds.

    The Blackberry Torch is slated to hit AT&T shelves on August 12 for $199.
