    Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is official, and it sports a whopping 10.1-inch screen.  It’s available in 16GB and 32GB storage varieties and is powered by a dual-core Tegra 2 processor. You’ll find a front-facing camera in addition to a 8 megapixel camera on the back, and it weighs in at 1.2 pounds compared to the iPad and Xoom’s 1.5 pounds.

High gloss front, textured black backing, and svelte dimensions, the 10.1 has a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution, 8 megapixel rear-facing camera capable of HD recording, 2 megapixel front-facing camera, and beefy Tegra 2 processor. Android 3.0 resides on board, but feels incomplete.  Google is still ironing out the kinks.  No word on when you can get yourself one of these bad boys or what it will cost.  But it’s nice to see Samsung offering such a stellar tab.  The 10.1 makes the web experience pretty cool.  What do you think about big Sammy’s intro into a larger tablet form factor?
