Halo 4 and Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary Edition review

At E3 in Los Angeles on Monday, Microsoft showed off a quick sneak-peak of Halo 4, a new trilogy that will begin when the title launches during the holiday season of 2012. Microsoft didn’t discuss much else about the game, but it did also announce that Xbox 360 owners will soon be able to get their hands on Kinect Sports Season 2, which will include golf, baseball, skiing, tennis, and football. Kinect Sports Season 2 is expected to land in time for the holiday season this year.

Also, Microsoft confirmed that it will launch a special edition of Halo, titled “Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary” edition on November 15th — the 10 year anniversary of the franchise’s launch. The game will offer the same seven amazingly addictive multiplayer maps like the original, but will also now include enhanced support for Xbox LIVE features, and a fully remastered campaign mode with support for co-op play over Xbox LIVE.
