Motorola is preparing to launch a high-definition version of its RAZR smartphone, as well as a MAXX version of the upcoming device. According to close sources to the news, Motorola will launch both the rumored RAZR HD and a RAZR HD MAXX in October, very soon after Apple releases its iPhone 5. Reports indicate that Motorola will only announce the two device after it has sold through its current-generation RAZR and RAZR Maxx handsets. The RAZR HD, previously known as the DROID Fighter, is expected to be equipped with a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor clocked at 1.5GHz, 4G LTE, and the same 1280 x 720-pixel display that is found on the ATRIX HD. More news to come.
