If you’re looking for a new Travel Backpack that’s capable of offering everyday functionality with enough carrying capacity, while also looking stylish, the Henty Travel Brief Everyday Backpack might be exactly what you need.
HENTY’S STORY
Henty, an industry leader in innovative and stylish products for recreation, travel and bicycling, announced today its Kickstarter campaign to support production of its new Travel Brief, their first travel backpack specifically designed for the modern lifestyle.
Henty, based in Hobart, Tasmania (Australia), is the maker of the award-winning Wingman and CoPilot garment bags, as well as the Enduro hydration pack. The company has now set its sights on delivering its first “Carry Clever” Travel backpack to customers.
To support the 35-day Kickstarter effort, the Travel Brief became available on October 30, and quickly exceeded its $15,000 goal, thanks to exclusive perks such as Early Bird Pricing of $179 (MSRP $249) at https://travel.henty.cc/bag.
The Henty Travel Brief Everyday Backpack can easily be converted from an everyday functionality backpack with a 24L volume to an expansive 30L, offering you enough space and over 20 features for multiday adventures.
DESIGN & SPECS
The Henty Travel Brief Backpack measures 18.9”x12.6”x7.5” (48x32x19cm) when used as the 24L volume solution, and 18.9”x12.6”x11.8” (48x32x28cm) when expanded and used as the 30L volume solution.
Depending on what color/model you choose to go with, it will feature the following materials: Nylon Fabric (Black and Navy); or Nylon (85%) and Polyester Weave (15%) (Marle Grey). The Travel Brief weights 2.9 lbs. (1.3Kg) and can be used not only as a backpack, but also as a briefcase and/or tote bag, all thanks to its leather haul handles.
FEATURES
The Travel Brief has been designed as an everyday backpack for those who also travel, yet want a stylish and functional pack for all occasions, including commuting for work, activities around the office or boardroom and for weekend adventures.
The Travel Brief Everyday Backpack features just enough pockets with cleverly positioned zips and buckles, resulting in a clean, simple design that effortlessly supports the variety of a modern everyday lifestyle.
The Travel Brief’s “Carry Clever” design offers two large storage compartments that can accommodate two 15” laptops — one externally accessed from the side for easy access and one in the front office compartment. A zippered front organizer section provides pockets for quick access to cables, phone, external battery pack, keys, business cards, files and extra gear.
A large main compartment features a clamshell design for easy access, includes a removable mesh divider, expands from 24 to 30L and comes with three packing cubes to maximize space while traveling. The Travel Brief is designed to fit all airline carry-on regulations for hassle free travel. The best part is that it features an RFID pocket in the sweat pad, proving perfectly capable of protecting all of your important documents, cards and tech.
The Henty Travel Brief Everyday Travel Backpack is built to last both inside and out without sacrificing style. It includes a tough nylon exterior (nylon & polyester for the Marle Grey model) to handle the day to day commute or extended travel and features soft to the touch nylon herringbone fabric throughout the interior spaces.
