What is a dry herb vaporizer?

There are two different heating methods that dry herb vaporizers can have. The cheaper option being one that has a chamber which makes use of conduction heating. This means that the chamber, and the herb, are heated through a heated plate at the bottom. The other method makes use of convection heating, which is where the whole chamber is heated evenly throughout by moving the heat around the air.
