In terms of its design, this portable fanless mini desktop PC also features a fairly minimalist and professional-looking design all throughout its flat Black Matte body, which is then very discretely highlighted by a soft bright Blue horizontal line that goes throughout the middle of the device’s body and all the way around it.

Now, on a particular side note, it’s important to mention that since this is in fact a fanless portable mini desktop PC, it doesn’t come equipped with a built-in (i.e. internal) fan cooling system, packing only a hot-air dissipating grid that’s integrated at the center of the device’s left-side.
Nevertheless, users can ultimately go for the higher-end model of the Byte 4 Pro, which will then allow them to have their portable mini desktop PC coming equipped with a special Active Cooling Module that was strategically designed for use in severe environments, ultimately giving the system the ability to withstand temperatures as high as 130°F and achieve next-level performance.

Starting with its CPU (i.e. its processor), as said before, this portable fanless mini desktop PC is powered by an Intel Gemini Lake 41 Series processor, which also comes integrated with an Intel UHD Graphics 600 GPU that’s used as its dedicated GPU.
Not only that, but the Azulle Byte 4 Pro also comes equipped with a 4GB DDR4 SDRAM (which can be expanded up to 8GB RAM), along with a eMMC (embedded MultiMedia Card) as its dedicated Hard Drive that offers users a total of 64GB of storage capacity by default. Still, note that the computer’s storage space can be further expanded (up to 512 GB) via its dedicated Micro SD Card Slot.
Last but not least, the Azulle Byte 4 Pro also comes with Windows 10 Pro already pre-installed as its dedicated Operative System (which was the case of our review-unit), but customers can also choose to instead have it come pre-installed with Windows Server IoT 2019, with Linux, or with Chrome if they’d prefer one of those options.
Regarding the system’s BIOS, this portable fanless mini desktop PC can have installed a Wake On LAN BIOS, a PXE BIOS, or an Auto Power ON BIOS, which ultimately comes down to each user’s personal choice.
INTERFACE / CONTROL PANEL
Finally, we’ll have a look at all of the different connectivity options offered by this portable fanless mini desktop PC.
Starting at the back-side of the device, and going from left to right, first we have its dedicated 12V / 2.0A Power Input port, which is then followed by an Ethernet port as the first of its Dual Gigabit LAN Ethernet ports, which can optionally be used as a POE (Power Over Internet) port for its power-source (instead of using its 12V Power port). Going further left, we then have a 1.2 DisplayPort Output, and below it there’s also a Kensington Lock (for safely locking the unit to a Kensington Security Cable), which is then follower by a LAN port as the second of its Dual Gigabit LAN Ethernet ports, then an HDMI Output port that allows users to connect the Byte4 Pro to any screen displays with a 4K video output at 60FPS, a VGA Output port, and finally, a 3.5mm Audio Jack Output port that allows users to connect the Azulle Byte 4 Pro to any 3.5mm speaker system for having external audio whenever they please.
