DESIGN & SPECS
Starting with the machine’s size, this sparkling water and soda maker has a small footprint, measuring just 8 inches long by 5 inches wide by 16 inches tall. Its compact form factor ensures that it won’t take up much space on your kitchen countertop.
The Drinkmate OmniFizz also sports an elegant and stylish design, allowing it to perfectly blend in with the rest of your kitchenware and other kitchen appliances. For our review unit, the company was kind enough to send us the Royal Red color model, which we absolutely love.

Moving on to the machine’s main components. For carbonating your drinks with CO2 gas, the Drinkmate OmniFizz works based on its proprietary Fizz Infuser technology, which makes it safe to use and incredibly easy to operate. More specifically, this carbonation machine utilizes a patented Fizz Infuser attachment which integrates a special two-stage pressure valve that offers users a slow pressure release to help prevent any mess with heavily foaming drinks.
The machine’s innovative Fizz Infuser technology essentially gives users a better control of the amount of CO2 being released into their drinks in comparison to most standard home carbonation systems available on the market.

In addition, it also comes together with a reusable quick-connect carbonating bottle built of BPA-free PET plastic that has 1L capacity, which is where you pour your drink of choice before carbonating it.
Lastly, the machine is also relatively easy to clean and maintain on a daily basis. On a side note, keep in mind that its Fizz Infuser attachment and its carbonating bottle should only be washed by hand.
HOW TO USE?
When it comes to operating this sparkling water and soda maker, all you have to do is to connect a standard threaded food-grade CO2 gas cylinder to the back-side of the machine, which can be either from Drinkmate or SodaStream. That said, keep in mind that the machine is not compatible with “quick connect” cylinders (which typically have a pink label).
The next step is to pour your drink of choice into the machine’s 1L quick-connect carbonating bottle.
Once the bottle is filled, connect the included Fizz Infuser attachment onto the top-side of the bottle by screwing it in clock-wise until it locks into place.
Finally, carefully install the bottle onto the machine’s front-side and simply press its top-side button to carbonate your drink.
